Complimentary Consultation

In-Person Consultation: offers a comprehensive evaluation. It allows us to assess your needs in person, provide a customized treatment plan, and offer an accurate estimate of pricing.

Virtual Consultation: allows us to discuss your needs and preferences remotely but does not allow us to give you an accurate assessment. An in-person consultation would be a more in-depth consultation where we can map you out, considering only things that can be assessed in person and give you a better estimate on pricing.

Medical Clearance

Medical clearance is required before any medical treatment can be performed at our practice. The purpose of medical clearance is to review your medical history and determine appropriateness and safety for treatment. Your medical history questionnaire must be filled out prior to the appointment. This is a legal requirement that must be met. These consultations are essential to determine your suitability for the treatments we offer and to ensure a mutually beneficial fit between you and our practice.

This policy outlines our commitment to patient safety and ensures that individuals receive appropriate consultations tailored to their unique circumstances and treatment goals.​

**Please note there is a fee for all late cancellation or no-show consultation appointments. Otherwise, there will be no charge to the stored payment method.

Appointment booking

A credit card must be provided when booking an appointment. This ensures the time chosen is allotted to you only. You may also choose to keep a credit card on file for future bookings.

Paperwork Policy

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an e-mail invitation to your patient portal. Through the patient portal, you will need to sign all forms prior to your appointment. Patients must complete their paperwork prior to their appointment. If for any reason, there is a problem with the system, the patient needs to call the front desk to receive assistance.

Late Policy

Patients are required to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, or the appointment cannot be performed due to interference with next scheduled appointment, a late fee will be charged and appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Cancel/Reschedule Policy

As a courtesy to our providers and customers at Fab Aesthetics, you are required to provide a minimum of 48-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You may cancel a scheduled treatment without penalty if done so at least 48 hours before the appointment. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled treatment; (social media messages are not an accepted method of cancelling your appointment), fail to be present at the location of the scheduled treatment, or are unavailable to your Provider within the window of our late grace period for any reason, a cancellation fee will be charged to your Stored Payment Method.

If you cancel prior to the 48-hour window your credit card will not be charged.

Late Cancellation Fees

All appointments canceled with less than 48 hour notice will be charged 30% of the appointment fee or $75 whichever is lessor.

All No-call/No-Shows will be charged $100. Additionally, your account will be flagged and you may be dismissed from the practice.

Acceptable Payments

We accept many forms of payments. We do not accept any commercial or government insurance policies. Acceptable payment types include Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Debit and Credit Cards. Note: there is a 3% fee for credit card use.

Refund Policy

Any charges paid by you, including deposits for procedures or courses, are final and non-refundable, unless the Company determines, on its discretion, to give credit of any such charges.

Sick Policy

At Fab Aesthetics, we prioritize the health and safety of all our patients and staff. To ensure a healthy environment, we have established the following sick policy:

One Sick Visit Per Year: Each patient is entitled to one sick visit per calendar year. This visit is reserved for addressing acute illnesses or urgent health concerns. If a late cancellation occurs due to illness, the late cancellation fee will be charged to the stored payment method and credited to the client’s Fab account for use later. *This is a courtesy and only allowed one time per calendar year.

Refusal of Service

For the safety of others, we reserve the right to refuse service to patients exhibiting symptoms of illness that could be contagious or pose a risk to our staff and other patients.

Appointment Rescheduling: If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, we kindly request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment:

   – Fever
   – Persistent coughing
   – Shortness of breath
   – Any symptoms of infectious, contagious, or easily spreadable illnesses

Tox Policy

Please be aware that tox (referring to Botox, Dysport or similar treatments) may take a full 14 days to settle and exhibit its results. It is crucial to avoid adding more tox before the full 14 days have passed, as the treatment may still be actively taking effect. Adding more Botox prematurely can lead to overdosing and potential complications.

Complimentary Follow up – For your convenience and safety, touch-up appointments are scheduled between day 14 and day 21 following your initial treatment. This allows us to evaluate the results accurately and make any necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction with the outcome.

This policy ensures that your safety and optimal results are our top priorities, and it outlines the appropriate timing for touch-up treatments.

Why we charge by area

Charging on a per-area basis rather than per syringe or per unit aligns with our core values of prioritizing quality over quantity. We encourage a focus on achieving the most effective and aesthetically pleasing results for each treated area. Charging per area allows our skilled practitioners to tailor treatments based on your unique needs, ensuring that you receive the appropriate dosage for the best possible outcome.
